• Physician-Led Group – You choose your preferred schedule, appointment times, patient panel, and more
• Full or part-time scheduled offered - 4-day work week is FT

• Exceptional referral pipeline of 20+ primary care providers on-site
• See anywhere between 15-25 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits:
• Employed position with a salary guarantee between $430K - $475K
• Sign-On of $100K with fully paid relocation
• Shareholder status offered after year 1 - annual incentive bonus of group's gross production for the year
• Additional benefits include health insurance, malpractice, retirement, dental, and more
