A clinic-based schedule is also available. Lead the OB/GYN surgical service for an established women’s health program with 350+ deliveries a year & patients ready on day one.
Details:
• BC/BE OB/GYN; US residency required
• Shift model covers L&D, clinic, & surgery; fully off between shifts
• Midwife takes first call; locum OB/GYN coverage fills schedule gaps
• Delivering team includes 3 FMOB physicians & a Certified Nurse Midwife
• On-call CRNA anesthesia for epidurals & C-sections
• Low-risk L&D w/ Level I nursery; MFM co-management for higher-risk patients
• Robotic-assisted platform for minimally invasive GYN surgery
• Oncology & urology colleagues for co-management
• Experienced OB nursing staff & AI-assisted documentation
• No ramp-up: new OB patients are assigned to a provider immediately

• $650K evergreen guaranteed base plus wRVU productivity bonus
