Position Overview:
- Join a collaborative Women’s Health team of OB/GYNs, CNMs, and WHNPs in a supportive, physician-friendly environment
- 1:6 Call Schedule with ability to structure your week to your preferences
- Practice with confidence in a Level III NICU with 24/7 Neonatology support (~1,000 deliveries/year; no circumcisions)
- Advanced technology including Da Vinci robotics, EPIC EMR, and AI scribe to streamline workflow
- Newsweek “Best Maternity Care Hospital” recognition
Compensation/Benefits:
- $450K guaranteed base with uncapped earning potential
- $200K sign-on bonus
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible plus up to $75K annually in loan repayment
