A Critical Access Hospital in Eastern Montana is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join a low-volume practice offering exceptional schedule flexibility and significant time away from work.
With just 10 shifts per month, fewer than 80 deliveries annually, and less than 12 clinic patients per day, this is an opportunity to maintain a broad OB/GYN practice without the demanding volume and schedule of a traditional position.
Position Details:
• Design your schedule: Choose 10 shifts/month or opt for a 3, 4, or 5-day workweek
• Less than 12 clinic patients/day, <80 deliveries annually
• General OB/GYN only: No high-risk or surgical OB required
• Exceptional compensation: Up to $325K base for part-time, with loan repayment, sign-on bonus, and relocation
• Free housing: Up to 6 months move-in ready housing provided
