This 263-bed hospital located in California's beautiful Monterey Bay region, is seeking a BE/BC OB/GYN to join its thriving women's health practice. Due to continued growth and upcoming physician retirements, this is an immediate opportunity to step into an established patient base with strong volume, excellent support, and long-term stability.
The Position:
• Compensation includes a $450K base salary with expected earnings of $575K-$600K+, plus a $100K recruitment package
• 4-day work week
• Shared 1:9
