For 30+ years the group has cared for local families, and strong demand means a new physician can build a full panel quickly. The practice is independent of the hospital system, with a close culture where partners cover for one another.
The Opportunity:
- Balanced OB/GYN mix with a 4.5-day clinic week
- OR Monday through Wednesday mornings, clinic in the afternoons
- About 120 deliveries a month for the group; 3 to 4 GYN surgeries per physician per week
- NextGen in clinic, Epic at the hospital; on-site mammography, ultrasound and lab
- Office connects by skywalk to the hospital, a one-minute walk to L&D
- Level IV Maternal designation, Level III NICU, tenured L&D nurses and OB hospitalist support
- 1:7 home call, only for your own patients (no unassigned or ER drop-ins), with a lighter clinic on call days
- Guaranteed base salary + sign-on bonus, partnership track
- PTO, malpractice coverage
