• Recruitment is due to upcoming retirement
• True 4-day week (32 patient contact hours)
• Surgically strong group, averaging 75+ GYN surgeries/year per physician
• Robust support staff: highly experienced nurses, an OB educator who sees all patients at the start of pregnancy to put together their care plans, plus adding two midwives soon (will function as ‘extenders’)
• Ideal practice infrastructure: nursing support “hubs” handle all Rx refills, triage, & pap results, plus after-hours answering service
