Details:
• Guaranteed $450K base or 30% of net production, whichever is greater, so pay grows w/ your practice
• $30K sign on bonus + relocation

• High surgical volume w/ 2-3 half-day OR sessions weekly & 15+ cataracts per 4-hour block at 2 practice-owned ASCs
• Collaborative MD/OD model where optometrists manage medical patients so you can focus on surgery
• Dedicated assistant + scribes in every clinic; techs handle workups, refractions, testing, & documentation
• Shape your practice around your interests: cataract, glaucoma/MIGS, cornea, oculoplastics, or refractive
• Advanced tech incl. OCT, Humphrey VF, Optos, topography, iLASIK w/ Wavescan, & LenSx femtosecond laser
