Practice in a newly renovated office with state-of-the-art equipment, a dedicated medical assistant, and an established referral network that builds your schedule from day one. Partnership is available after one year, with surgery center ownership and total earning potential to $800,000+.
Position Highlights:
• No call, nights, or weekends.
• Modern, fully renovated office with state-of-the-art equipment, including a new DSLT laser.
• Dedicated medical assistant for each physician, with scribes available.
• Established optometry referral network, and partners will share referrals as you build your practice.
• Physician-owned surgery center near the office, where Eye Care Specialists are the lead surgeons.
• Room to grow interests in oculoplastics, glaucoma, premium lenses, and refractive surgery.
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed base salary with production bonus year one.
• Partnership eligibility after just one year, with earning potential to $800,000+.
• Profit sharing, 3% Safe Harbor contribution, and maximum 401(k) contribution as a partner.
• Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
• Signing bonus, retention bonus, $5,000 relocation, CME stipend, and residency/fellowship stipend.
