• Join a group of 11 Ophthalmologists and 12 Optometrists offering a full range of eye care services to their community.
• Lead one of six offices in the area providing you with the autonomy to build your practice how you like.

• Affiliated physician owned surgical center is adjacent to the main facility.
• Extraordinary work/life balance with 1:8 call, no weekends, holidays or nights

Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed competitive base salary plus lucrative production bonus years 1 and 2.
• Transparent partnership track after two years with proven earnings $1 million plus.
• 6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, relocation and more.
