• Guaranteed base salary plus lucrative production bonus paid quarterly in years 1 and 2.
• Transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings above 90th percentile and top earners making $700,000 to $1 million+.
• 6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, and more.
