Compensation Details:
• Transparent partnership track after two years with proven partner earnings of $1,000,000+
• $600,000 guaranteed base salary plus production bonus from day one
• Opportunity to buy into a busy physician‑owned surgical center
• 6+ weeks PTO, plus 1 week CME with a $5,000 annual stipend
