A fully independent, not-for-profit regional medical center is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join an established spine program serving a large regional catchment area in the Midwest.
Position Highlights:
• 100% Spine Surgery with the OPTION to participate in General Ortho call or not
• 2 dedicated block OR days each week
• Established volume of approximately 6-10 surgeries per week
• Procedures include TLIF, ACDF, laminectomies, kyphoplasty, vertebroplasty, BVN ablation, and spinal cord stimulator implantation
• Established referrals from Orthopedics, Primary Care, Neurology, and Pain Management
• Dedicated APP support plus clinic nurse, MA, and front desk staff
• Join an established Orthopedic team with General Ortho and Hand coverage
• Epic EMR
• New graduates and experienced physicians considered
• J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available
Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed base salary of $1.1 million
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• Relocation assistance up to $20,000
• Negotiable student loan repayment and residency/fellowship stipend
• $6,000 CME allowance plus 10 CME days
• 4 weeks vacation plus 10 paid physician holidays
• Malpractice with tail coverage
