Details:
• Bread-&-butter Orthopedics w/ autonomy to shape the practice around your interests
• Hips, knees, shoulders, hand/wrist, foot & ankle, total joints, & sports medicine
• MAKO robotic platform being pursued for early next year
• ~90% of referrals from employed primary care across 4 clinic locations
• Significant room to grow market share & referral volume
• 15-18 patients/day w/ dedicated RN & Orthopedic PA (first assist & clinic)
• 3 ORs w/ no rigid block time & room to expand as volume grows
• Physician-driven implant selection & cross-trained surgical team w/ CRNA support
• Level IV center w/ no traditional trauma call; mostly phone consults w/ major trauma transferred
• Broad specialty support incl. general surgery, cardiology, urology, ENT, & oncology
• Epic EMR, onsite lab & pharmacy, & leadership committed to service line growth
Package:
• $785K-$900K+ evergreen guaranteed base w/ annual increases
• $50/wRVU from 6,000-8,000 & $80/wRVU above 8,000
• Up to $225K: $175K student loan repayment + $50K sign-on (customizable if debt-free)
• $20K relocation, quality incentives, & full employed benefits
• $750/hr onsite call activation w/ 2-hour minimum
