• Collaborate w/ a highly specialized orthopedic team, including fellowship‑trained experts in Hand & Upper Extremity, Sports Medicine, & Adult Reconstruction, supported by 24/7 hospitalist coverage
• Dedicated 1:1 APP, Athletic Trainers, and Occupational Therapists
• 2 days of OR, 2 days of clinic; dedicated days for hand, elbow, & shoulder
• Access an extensive referral network multi-hospital system
• Enjoy an efficient, centralized care model with clinic, emergency department, operating rooms, & inpatient services all under one roof
Compensation & Incentives:
• 2-Year Base Guarantee: $700K
• Earning potential: Up to $900K+ & additional quality bonuses
• Sign-On Bonus: $100K
