A well-established orthopedic surgery practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team of 30+ orthopedic physicians and APPs. Enjoy a mix of outpatient clinic and surgical first assist on total joint replacements, with orthopedic 1st assist training provided and 30 days of PTO in your first year.
The Position:
• Up to $190,000 in year one (base salary up to $172,000 based on experience, plus sign-on bonus and relocation)
• Up to $24,000 in Student Loan Repayment
• Mostly Clinic (16-18 patients per day) - Shared OR Days with 2-5 Total Joints
• Minimal Call - Only for Major Emergencies and Only if Available ($234/day)
• Benefits Covered: Health, Life, 30 Days PTO, CME, Long-Term Disability, and 401k Match
• $10,000 sign-on bonus & $10,000 relocation stipend
