The Practice:
• Full schedule from day one: large referral base & significant unmet demand across the region
• 2 surgeon group w/ 3 APPs handling clinic flow, post-ops, & follow-ups
• Call: 1:3, level 3 trauma center
• Dedicated OR block time w/ consistent surgical teams
• Broad case mix: Sports, Arthroscopy, Fracture Care, Lower Extremity, & Total Joints
• Build a subspecialty niche: leadership opens as senior surgeons move toward retirement
• Employed, no practice-building risk; based at Labette w/ optional Neosho shifts for added support
Package:
• $900K+ guaranteed base salary
• Proven earning potential of $1M+

Qualifications:
• BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon, Kansas license eligible
• Residents & fellows welcome to apply
