Details:
• Bread-&-butter Orthopedic Surgery w/ flexibility to build the practice around your interests
• Broad case mix including General Orthopedics, Joint Replacement, Fracture Care, Sports Medicine, Hand/Wrist, Foot & Ankle, & Shoulder
• Established referral base supported by primary care network serving the region
• Dedicated Orthopedic PA providing clinic support & surgical first-assist coverage
• Flexible clinic & OR scheduling w/ 3 operating rooms available
• Opportunity to become the primary orthopedic provider & grow the service line
• Minimal trauma burden w/ most complex cases transferred to tertiary centers
• Physician-friendly call structure consisting primarily of phone consultations & ED support
• EPIC EMR & experienced surgical support staff
Package:
• $785K-$900K+ guaranteed base salary
• RVU incentives beginning at 6,000 wRVUs w/ increased rates above 8,000 wRVUs
• Up to $225K recruitment package
• Flexible package structure that can include sign-on bonus, student loan assistance, relocation assistance, CME, retirement benefits, & more
• Additional activation pay for after-hours onsite call coverage
