• $875K starting salary in Year 1 (higher than what 90% of practices across the country offer) + $60K in sign-on/relocation
• Year 2+: $80/wRVU productivity model. Ortho here has historically produced 12,000+ wRVUs/year (~$960K); even ~10K wRVUs = ~$800K
• Partnership at end of Year 1 in two lucrative hospital JVs ($50K buy-in), each receiving 49% of hospital net collections on ALL ortho, podiatry & pain cases:
o Established JV at a sister hospital: each partner received $52K last quarter alone
o New JV at your home hospital: launches with your arrival & grows with your practice
• Join a respected physician-owned group with 25+ years in the region & 10 subspecialty-trained surgeons, w/ a partner on-site several times a month & the main campus 40 minutes away
• Smooth transition: the senior surgeon is staying on until you arrive
• Award-winning community hospital with 5 ORs, efficient swing rooms, Mako robot & on-site CRNA anesthesia
• No trauma designation & no 24/7 coverage requirement: 10 call days a month, mostly by phone, and most cases can be bedded & seen the next morning
