An established primary care clinic in Northern Idaho is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to replace a departing provider. This opportunity offers low daily patient volumes, long appointment times, and the ability to practice broad-spectrum outpatient medicine without the burden of call.
The Position:
• Guaranteed base salary of $300,000-$315,000.
• Outpatient practice serving primary care and preventive medicine needs.
• No inpatient work and no call obligations.
• Monday-Friday schedule with clinic hours from 7 AM-4 PM.
• Average patient volume of just 10-15 patients daily.
• Opportunity to perform minor office procedures, wellness exams, DOT physicals, and occupational medicine services.
