This is a true outpatient role designed for long-term sustainability—reasonable patient volumes, protected admin time, and strong support from a large, experienced provider group. Position Highlights:
• Join a team of 22 MDs, 37 Physician Assistants, 40 Nurse Practitioners
• 100% outpatient Family Medicine – average 18 patients per day
• 4 or 5-day workweek with built in admin time
• Up to $330,000 base salary, annual quality bonuses up to $20,000, & $20,000 sign on package
• Student loan repayment options including: PSLF, NHSC, WSAC, & an internal program option
