A thriving and long-established Private Pediatrics Practice, located in Northern Vegas, are seeking a BC/BE Pediatrician to join their team.
This is a lifestyle opportunity within a practice that emphasizes work/life balance, autonomy, and flexibility.
The Position:
* Option for a 4 or 5 day work week
* Position is nearly 100% outpatient, newborn rounding at adjacent Level-III hospital 2 days/month
* Average of 20-25 patients/day
* Strong support staff including 2 experienced Pediatric NPS
* Base salary of $225-240K, negotiable sign-on and relocation, full benefits plan, PTO, CME
* Option for a Partnership track for those interested in equity
North Las Vegas:
* Located in the northwest Las Vegas Valley, offering a family-friendly, master-planned suburban feel
* Nevada has no state income tax
