Licensed Clinical Social Worker or MFT in Bay Area/Fremont, CA – Opportunity to join an established, large, physician founded and led medical foundation

The Opportunity:

• Join practice of 3 Psychiatrists and an energetic office team -outpt. setting only
• Independent schedule of patients and referral assessments- NO CALL
• 4 or 5 day work week
• Master’s degree in social work required
• Great compensation, 401K, ins., malpractice, 160 hours PTO, holidays, & CME
• EPIC EMR
