This independent hospital in Indiana is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join its established Pain Management practice. Step into a practice of 3,000 active patients that receives more than 100 new referrals each month. You will see new and established patients, manage chronic pain and medications, and perform in-office procedures such as joint injections and Botox for migraines.
Position Highlights:
• 4-day work week
• Immediate patient volume from an established panel and steady referral flow
• New standalone clinic opened in 2025
• Dedicated nurse, plus additional support as your practice grows
• Large front-office team handles check-in, check-out, and procedure prior authorizations
• Collaborative care model with a respected, board-certified physician lead
• Epic EMR
Compensation Details:
• Guaranteed base salary up to $145,000 plus wRVU production bonus
• Signing bonus up to $20,000
• Up to $25,000 in relocation assistance
• $3,000 CME stipend with 5 CME days
