This award-winning, independent hospital is launching a urology service line and is looking for an experienced PA or NP to partner with a surgery-focused urologist. Serve as the primary point of diagnosis, seeing new and established patients, working up surgical candidates, managing post-op care, and performing in-clinic procedures. With regional wait times for urology of more than four months, you will be busy from day one and have real input into how the clinic runs.
Position Highlights:
• Ground floor opportunity to shape the template, procedure mix, and workflow of a new urology service line
• Practice autonomously as the primary point of diagnosis, including minor procedures
• Run the clinic and cover ER consults and inpatient follow-up
• Flexible schedule with a 4-day work week available
• 3 dedicated exam rooms with a dedicated RN and CNA, plus clinical leaders with urology backgrounds
Compensation Details:
• Competitive base salary plus wRVU production bonus with significant room for growth
• Sign-on bonus available, student loan support, and relocation assistance
• $3,000 CME stipend plus 5 days; malpractice, licensing, and DEA covered
