Opportunity
Schedule: Flexible four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts weekly no overnight call
Case Volume: Average 2–3 cases per CRNA

Practice Model: Collaborative supervision with anesthesiologists (1:1 for complex cases; 1:2 for routine or healthy pediatric cases).
