The Opportunity
• Established Pediatric ENT practice within a dedicated children's hospital
• Collaborative care alongside APPs, audiologists, geneticists, speech therapists, and pediatric subspecialists
• Flexible schedule with dedicated OR, clinic, and administrative time
• Diverse surgical and clinical case mix including: Ear tubes, Tonsillectomy & Adenoidectomy, Laryngoscopy, Tympanoplasty, Tongue-tie procedures, Thyroglossal duct cysts
• Strong referral network with increasing regional demand
