- Dedicated OR block time with volume varying from 1-5 cases/day
- Avg census of 12-15 inpatient
- Primary call only, no trauma call, minimal return to hospital during call
- APP support including call coverage and daytime phone support
- $560k base guarantee plus additional incentives, full benefits, retirement, CME and malpractice
