The Opportunity:

• Sleep Medicine Medical Directorship Available for Additional Income if Desired
• $300,000+ Total Compensation - $270,000-$300,000 Base Salary and up to $25,000 Annual Quality Bonus and $20,000 in Productivity Bonuses
• $40,000 Recruitment Package after taxes - can be used for Sign-on Bonus, Relocation, Fellowship Stipend, etc.
