Practice Details:
• Join an established group with 2 other pediatric providers
• 4-day, 32-hour week is considering full-time
• 1:10 call schedule
• See anywhere between 16-20+ patients per day - Autonomy to see as many as you prefer
• Outpatient with optional rounding and ability to attend deliveries if interested
• First ever Minnesota hospital to be named one of the Top 20 Community Hospitals in the nation by the NRHA

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary guarantee in the $290-$310K range plus RVU production - Demonstrated 80th percentile MGMA earning
