Position Highlights
• Diverse practice setting:
• 70% Retail/LTC Pharmacy
• Support long-term care residents & nursing home units
• Build meaningful relationships w/ patients & caregivers
• 30% Hospital Pharmacy
• Provide pharmacy services for a Critical Access Hospital
• Collaborate w/ interdisciplinary care teams
• Average daily volume of 70–80 prescriptions
• Work directly w/ physicians, nurses, & providers to optimize medication therapy & improve patient outcomes
• Practice at the top of your license w/ strong clinical involvement

Compensation & Benefits
