+Evaluate patients, build plans of care and deliver evidence-based treatment
+Work with physicians and the rehab team to move patients toward their goals
+Educate patients and families on home programs and safe transitions
+Document accurately and on time
What you’ll bring
+DPT or MPT from a CAPTE-accredited program
+NY PT license, or eligibility for one
+BLS certification

Compensation and benefits
+Salary range: $79,000-$105,000
+Sign-on bonus / relocation
+ FT/PT, hours
