We are seeking a BC/BE Adult or Child-Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as the Associate Medical Director of our Crisis Stabilization Unit, a role that blends strategic leadership with meaningful clinical practice in a highly collaborative, patient-centered environment.
The Opportunity
Partner with the Medical Director to oversee psychiatric and medical services across the CSU, including nursing and support staff
Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management
Enjoy a balanced 50/50 mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to lead while remaining engaged in patient care
Play a key role in recruitment efforts and serve as a consultant for incoming psychiatric providers
Compensation and Benefits
