Details:
• Step into an established patient base after the loss of a longtime retina partner; busy within 90 days
• Join 2 retina specialists in a 10-physician group w/ Glaucoma, Cornea, Oculoplastics, & Neuro-Ophthalmology
• Practice-owned ASC next door w/ 4 ORs (recently expanded); urgent cases slot in same day
• ~50 patients/day w/ techs handling workups
• Clinic wraps by 4-4:30 PM; ~4 clinic days + a weekly OR block
• Secondary call: general ophthalmology fields most calls, mostly by phone
• Advanced imaging (OCT, angiography) & active Phase 3 clinical trials onsite
• Broad case mix: wet AMD, diabetic retinopathy, RVOs, tears & detachments
• Only local retina group: nearest competitors are ~4 hrs away in Fargo, Minneapolis, Omaha, & Rapid City
• 2027 & 2028 fellowship grads & experienced surgeons welcome; medical retina w/ call also considered
Package:
• $600K-$900K compensation
• Sign-on bonus & relocation
• Equal-share partnership track (~2 yrs)
• ASC buy-in after partnership w/ equal ownership
• Paid call stipend on top of production
