Outpatient Rheumatology | Near Houston | 4.5 Day Work Week | No Call | 12-14 PPD

A Rheumatology group of 3 are seeking a 4th Rheumatologist to join their team in a position that is 100% outpatient.

This is a unique opportunity with low patient volumes, a 4.5-day work week, and no call.

The Position:
• Brand-new, 40,000 square foot infusion center with 40 infusion bays opening in early 2026
• Practice alongside 3 Rheumatologist's
• Schedule includes a 4.5-day work week, 1/2 day on Fridays
• Average of 10-12 patients per day
• No call, position is 100% outpatient/clinical
• No visa support

Compensation:
• Base Salary of $275-300K with upside potential
• Sign-on bonus of $50K, Student Loan Repayment options
