An award-winning and growing, 350-bed hospital located on the South Texas Coast are seeking a Rheumatologist to join their team of 4.

This is a busy practice in a community that has manageable patient volumes of 10-12 per day. The current Rheumatologist's place high emphasis on work/life balance and manageable patient volumes.

The Position:
• Brand-new, 40,000 square foot infusion center with 40 infusion bays opening in early 2026
• Practice alongside 4 Rheumatologist's and 1 NP
• Schedule includes a 4.5-day work week, 1/2 day on Fridays
• Average of 10-12 patients per day
• Base Salary of $270-300K with production upside
• Sign-on of $50K, Student Loan Repayment of $100K, Full Benefits+ Retirement, 25 Days PTO, CME, and more
