• Flexible scheduling options include a 4‑day clinical workweek (32+ patient‑contact hours) or a traditional 5‑day schedule, w/ minimal inpatient rounding & consult responsibilities
• Maintain a balanced weekly workload averaging ~10 inpatient spine consults & ~75 outpatient visits
Compensation:
• Highly competitive compensation package featuring a $900,000 guaranteed base salary w/ additional productivity‑based incentives
• $120,000 sign‑on bonus
• $20,000 relocation assistance
