The Practice:
-Practice mix: 80% Sports Medicine, 20% General Orthopedics
-Significant community need: the orthopedic team currently refers all sports cases to outside systems an hour away — immediately fill this gap and keep care close to home!
-Join a general, total-joint, and foot & ankle trained surgeon team of 3
-Robust referral network with 45+ primary care providers and 4 urgent care centers
-Serve a catchment area of 125K, with strategic growth plans to reach 250K across southern Maryland
The compensation plan:
-Year one total compensation of $706K, with move to uncapped earning potential via a wRVU productivity model
-Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including signing incentives, and a 403(b) retirement plan
-Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualified or up to $200K from State Loan Repayment Program
