Details:
• 4-day workweek w/ a true balance between career & family
• 12-15 patients per day, leaving time for thoughtful, relationship-driven care
• Traditional Family Medicine w/ light rounding (3-5 patients) before a 10:00 AM clinic start & done by 4:30 PM
• Epic EMR w/ AI-assisted documentation to cut charting time & keep evenings free
• Established patient demand w/ immediate volume & long-term stability
• Practice in a brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic currently under development
• Collaborative culture that prioritizes physician satisfaction, quality outcomes, & patient care
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive guaranteed base salary
• $120K incentive package built around your needs
• Quality incentive bonus up to $10K after year one
