Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing urgent care organization with multiple locations throughout New Jersey, including Oakhurst, Eatontown, Toms River, Old Bridge, and Howell.
Practice:
• Multiple locations available with providers based at one primary clinic
• Join established Urgent Care team to include front desk support, x-ray techs and medical assistants
• Evaluate and treat a broad range of acute illnesses and injuries across all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
• Perform common urgent care procedures including suturing, splinting, abscess incision and drainage, and wound care
• Interpret labs and other diagnostic tests
• Practice with significant clinical autonomy while maintaining access to leadership support and experienced colleagues
Schedule:
• Full-time position averaging 40 hours per week
• Combination of 12-hour shifts and shorter split shifts
• Rotating weekend coverage
• No call responsibilities
• Closed on 7 major holidays annually
Compensation:
• Competitive compensation ranging from ~$135,000-$187,000+, depending on experience
