• Practice general urology with the ability to build out subspecialty programs
• 4.5‑day work week
• Hybrid model featuring both outpatient clinic and dedicated OR time

• Uncapped earning model with a never‑ending base salary of $600k + RVU production + call; realistic earning potential of $1M+
